Well – it’s a new year. It’s been a while, but I’m actually still here. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Going forward – something I say each year – I’m going to try and stick to the ticket system and ensuring that nothing is done without a ticket. I’m also testing a new ticket system that I may end up migrating to fully. Will see how it goes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
All of this comes on the heels of Hurricane Melissa as well. I’ve lost equipment and customer equipment as well – but there’s life – so there’s always hope.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
