So. After YEARS<\/strong> of using InvoiceNinja and OSTicket – I’m finally moving to something else. Both are still GREAT apps, and I have zero problems with InvoiceNinja, but OSTicket has started to give me issues. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

For anyone starting in the tech space, I highly recommend both. If you keep LOTS of records like I do however, the stability of OSTicket with the growing database and media may become an issue. I still love both, but I can no longer attach media to my OSTicket installation. InvoiceNinja is still working great, but the new platform I’m testing integrates ticketing and invoicing. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Will be running both side by side for now, but will likely be migrating fully over to ITFlow. Will see how it goes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
