Well – it’s a new year. It’s been a while, but I’m actually still here.
Going forward – something I say each year – I’m going to try and stick to the ticket system and ensuring that nothing is done without a ticket. I’m also testing a new ticket system that I may end up migrating to fully. Will see how it goes.
All of this comes on the heels of Hurricane Melissa as well. I’ve lost equipment and customer equipment as well – but there’s life – so there’s always hope.
