So. After YEARS of using InvoiceNinja and OSTicket – I’m finally moving to something else. Both are still GREAT apps, and I have zero problems with InvoiceNinja, but OSTicket has started to give me issues.

For anyone starting in the tech space, I highly recommend both. If you keep LOTS of records like I do however, the stability of OSTicket with the growing database and media may become an issue. I still love both, but I can no longer attach media to my OSTicket installation. InvoiceNinja is still working great, but the new platform I’m testing integrates ticketing and invoicing.

Will be running both side by side for now, but will likely be migrating fully over to ITFlow. Will see how it goes.
